Return and Refund Policy

At DffBeads, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade beads. However, should you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at dffbeads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions upon receipt of your request. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
