By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Products
All products are handmade and may feature slight variations in color, size, or texture. These characteristics reflect the uniqueness of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color or detail representation due to individual device settings.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues with pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome and will be quoted individually based on design, materials, and time required. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin production.
Once production begins, changes to the design may not be possible. Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
5. Wholesale Orders
We offer wholesale pricing to approved retailers. Interested parties must contact us directly to request a wholesale agreement.
All wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements, custom invoicing, and a separate agreement outlining terms, lead times, and payment structure.
6. Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges due to incorrect information.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
7. Returns and Refunds

8. User Accounts
You may create an account to streamline future purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
