1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom orders may require additional time. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via post office, Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel, and DHL, with tracking provided for all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within United Kingdom): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery option.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount. Please refer to promotions listed on our website for current offers.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 calendar days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
